Refund policy

We do not offer refunds or returns. However, we're happy to help with exchanges if the product is still available in our inventory.

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We'll issue a store credit for the original item's value, which you can use toward your exchange. Requests made after 14 days cannot be accommodated.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs to send the original item back to us, as well as shipping costs for the exchanged item to be sent to you.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached to be eligible for exchange.

To start an exchange, please contact us at palaelaecollective@gmail.com with your order number and details about the exchange you'd like to make. We'll guide you through the process and provide return shipping instructions.
